At Couture, we strive for sartorial perfection, but if your selection isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Couture account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid boutique shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
